I purchased a 2006 Journey pusher from these guys in 2005. A really great rig. I recently had service done at Tyler RV. The main service was the Coleman AC unit. These guys did an outstanding job. I needed a converter for my RV and called around everywhere. Not only was Bruce the most helpful by far, he ended up being the price of everyone else around. Great customer service from him and Alphonso in service. Made my bad luck torn into a great customer experience. I will not only use them again, I will recommend them every chance I get.

We stopped by here after visiting the bigger competitor yesterday and I have to say that the way you treat your customers is by far the best compared to the other place. I love the fact that we got to take our time and look inside every camper that we wanted to without having someone right there that only wanted to show us a few campers because they were in a hurry to get back inside to write up paperwork. Making a big purchase like this is something that should not be rushed and the customer should have the time to go back and weigh the options between each camper. You guys were there for and questions we had and didnt put any pressure on us at all. Cant wait to do business with yall. Oh and Lisa was wonderful in helping us find what we was looking for.

I have been to Tyler RV twice for parts. They greet you like family and Bruce in the parts dept listened to our needs and had a solution to our needs. He spent time with me and got the parts we needed. They have a good inventory and if they dont have it they can get it ordered . They are family owned and no pressure like the big dealers.

Their Customer service is outstanding. I took my new travel trailer to them for a problem and they got on it right then and I only had to wait a few minutes. And the complete staff will help you with your needs.
